These shoes are light weight and offer good ventilation. A good shoe for hot/humid weather. They are very comfortable and I am a long time fan of the Reebok Premier Running line. These shoes minimize my shin-splints by way of excellent cushioning and support.

I do walk and some days I am on my feet a lot. There shoes are comfortable, have good support and my feet stay cool. They are well ventilated. I think that a 1/2 size smaller would of been better for me. When I am stretching the tops of my sneaker fold over. But overall they are very comfortable.
